My first impression of this cup upon receipt was that it's much larger in overall size than any I've used, but has a very sturdy and well-structured feel. The cup itself is made entirely of a softer-feeling type of rubber that while maintaining its constructed form, bends with pressure. I love the compression shorts due to their increased leg length(coming almost to the knee) and firmer-feeling support in the thighs. The color seperation is actually a seam of 2 pieces of material fastened with durable stitching, although I think this may lead to durability issues down the road. The stitching is wonderful on the shorts, only having 2 loose threads.
I rolled with the cup the day I got it and loved the feel. It actually bends with my hips as I swivel in my guard and felt firmly in place while working in rubber guard. I was struck twice in the gonads while rolling with a whitebelt and was surprised how well the cup absorbed the impact. I even let my girlfriend have a few free shots when I got home from the gym, it works great. The cup doesn't pinch my thighs no matter the angle(I'm a pretty flexible dude), it felt firmly in place, it is incredibly breathable(lowering my stink-to-sweat ratio), and ultimately met all my expectations. The only thing to determine now is its durability, so I'll update this thread with any news on the winkie armor.

**The strip of plastic down the middle acts as a spine allowing a large range of motion for the flexing effect of the cup to benefit its wearer.

**Compared to a pair of Nike compression Shorts, size Medium
I would definately reccomend this product to anyone wanting a flexing cup that still provides projectile protection; it's the most comfortable groin protector I've ever used. This cup/comp short package can be found at
