I got the right size. I also grapple alot in regular boardshorts made by other companies and it is not a problem. I think that RVCA just has a different cut than other shorts. I also lift alot of weights along with my training and have a very muscular build in my legs so that could be part of the problem with the cut of RVCA. This was my first pair of RVCA so I didn't know that there shorts were cut that way.

i mean, even a black belt in judo or one of the other disciplines could get away with them, but wearing them to the beach. my initial reaction on learning you are a fanboy would be 'tool' sorry.
Stfu i wore Michael jordan shoes and never scored 35 ppg in the NBA, who gives a shit?

Im a defender of anyone can wear whatever they want, but the shorts have a black belt on them so if you're not a blackbelt why would you show up to class with those on.

If Micheal Jordan came out with basketball shorts that only had a logo indicating "Top Scorer every Game" I wouldnt be rocking those things if I couldnt even hit a 3 pointer if my life depended on it.

I got a pair. Their pretty cool, I mostly wear it around the house or when I'm watching some fights with my friends. It's more of a collectors item than a shorts that you use to train in, IMO. The shorts is hard to keep clean cause it's so white.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but RVCA makes hipster douchebag fashion clothing; not martials arts training / competition apparel.

So they're just a novelty.

Let the kid enjoy his novelty.
