Pros:
Great wrist support
Firm foam, does well to protect against impact compression of the wrists
No break in
Roomy inside

Cons:
Palm is not leather
Interior construction (at least for me), doesn't allow for a really tight fist. My fingers "fold" over my palm rather than the typical "curl"
Doesn't slip on and off quite as easily
Overall:
Good gloves, they have been my main gloves for a year on occasional bag work and heavy focus mitt work. Foam started off firm, but has gotten soft and I really felt it in the wrists(happens to every glove), so I had to buy knuckle guards to insert, making it tight inside. They have held up really well for me, though I do take care of my gear really well.
Wrist support is very good.
Biggest thing I didn't like was how my fist can't roll up as well which is the biggest annoyance. Maybe I have stubby fingers
I'd give it a 7 overall.
