I personally think the prices are really good and I'll tell you why. When you look at the prices listed, they are equal to or within a few dollars of on-line suppliers in the US. What you have to consider is that RDFC.tv has already paid the Customs duties and because its shipped from within Canada it isn't subject to brokerage fees. And your right Customs duties aren't totally random but trying to actually calculate a total isn't easy, I know because I tried. Say you order a product from a US on-line company but the product you're buying was made in Thailand, well now you're not paying duty as though you're buying an American product but rather a Thai product shipped from America. Its confusing as shit, I placed an order from Muaythaistuff.com, which I still haven't recieved, and I actually had to phone the Canada Border Services Agency to try and figure out what it was going to cost me in duty before I ordered....it a pain in the ass.

I priced out a pair of CSI safety training gloves from a US on-line supplier with shipping and duties and compared them to the same gloves on RDFC.tv and the difference was $25 CDN for a pair of gloves priced at $59.99 US..plus they ship faster from within Canada.

As for your last point...I agree, I got exceptional service but I only considered ordering from RDFC.tv because I had read 2 other regular members posts about the service they got from Red Dragon Fight Company.

To answer your question... ALL Canadian sales are shipped from one of our Canadian locations and we ship all goods throughout Canada via Canadapost expedited or Xpresspost service. Ontario/Quebec shipments are generally 1 to 3 business days Prairies/Maritimes 2 to 4 business days, Alberta/B.C./Territories 4 to 6 business days. I give you my word...You will NEVER see a duty or excise charge on any of our Canadian bound shipments.

Nice find, Smash! Finally a decent Canadian based company. I fuckin' hate having to deal with duty and long assed shipping times. I was convinced for a while that some border guard had it out for me and was holding my stuff for prolonged times just to piss me off.

I've ordered from them before too. Good selection. I found stuff that were sold out everywhere on their site.

Only thing is the shipping cost i thought was a bit excessive considering, as I recall, the location was Hamilton? thats a mere 2 hr drive away for me....don't remember how pricey the shipping was exactly, but i remember it was more than any other site i've seen based in the states....

so far, the only other site that charged more that i know for sure is chokesports.com....their reversal gear.....but they're the only ones that sell RVDDW internationally...no choice there

Sorry that you feel that way. Not sure quite what you mean though.... For example 1 average T-shirt = $7.95 shipped via Xpresspost/insured 2 day delivery within Ontario... Most other sites that I see out there are charging more than that to ship into Canada that I know of, not to mention the shipping times...

As I'm sure that you are already aware, Canadapost is at least 25% to 30% more expensive that the USPS on average, so there is very little we can do to reduce the price. Also, unfortunately, Canadapost is also the most economical choice for shipping within Canada as well. I'm not going to tell you that we have the cheapest prices for shipping, but I can tell you that if you consider all factors, we are definately NOT the most expensive. I CAN can guarantee however that you will NEVER have any added fees... No Duties, No Brokerage Fees, No Customs Delays if that helps.
