As an update I have another complaint about the P&S gi.

The reinforcement under the right armpit ripped off completely and left a hole in the gi about the size of an American quarter. I just had bad luck with this gi all around. Oh well.

On the other hand I also got a Fuji BJJ gi the other day, I have only used it three times and washed it twice but IMHO it is a much better gi for the same (actually about $10 cheaper) price.

We'll see how the Fuji holds up?!?

I bought a used gold weave in blue color.
the stitching is a bit messed up under the right armpit, as well, but, it's no big deal since it's below the stress point; hopefully, that area in issue won't get any worse like whipyourasstyle.

I think the weave/fabric and collar are excellent, but, I must admit that I wish the sleeves were thinner

Ouch...Rip and quality issues are words I never like to hear. All manufacturers
experience quality problems. When the human element is added problems
do occur. We do pride ourselves at keeping factory defects to a extreme minimum.

So far this year there have been four(4) workmanship issues. Not a bad quality
rating at all.

Anyone without question who contacts me gets resolve. We repair or replace defective
gear without question. Please contact me if you have a problem. 888-628-7285

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to earn your business!

After seeing the vastly positive reviews and the outstanding service provided by Joe, I am happy to have a ordered a blue P & S goldweave that I will try for the first time next week.

Me too. Got a speedy and precise answer to a sizing question from him.

Checking the USPS tracking service everyday just to see when it's gonna get here

I've got my blue gold weave P&S and it's great. One question for those of you who have it already. I've cold washed and hang dried my gi once. The top is nearly perfect, but the bottoms are still very long. Joe recommended the A4 (I'm 5'11 and 190, trying to get to 180).

Should I (A) cold wash them again and drip dry (B) warm wash them and drip dry or (c) hot wash them?
