I ordered and paid for a Fusion Protect Mouthguard in November. I sent the kit back in early December. I contacted Tom in mid January about the mouthguard and he said he would be shipping it 2 day priority that week. Now it's February... 5 emails and 2 phone calls later... no mouthguard and no contact from Tom. However, he did cash my check.

Anyone know what's going on?

This thread was already talking about trying to get in touch with Tom and how he hasn't been active on the boards. So I was wondering if anyone here had heard what was up.
