Blindside Fight Gear- 16oz. Gloves, Shirts and Wraps

Got these a few weeks ago, was going to make a review thread after sparring, but I'll just update this thread after I use them for that.

The website: http://www.bsfg.tv/

First- TJ from Blindside is the shit. There is nothing to compare his service too, it's just top, top notch. I've gotten to know him a bit over the last year, and actually did this order over MSN. It was more like a day-to-day conversation with a "Hey, I need this...." thrown in. It was right before Xmas and I wanted it sooner then later, so he sent it COD. The whole order was $91, and with the TRUE shipping price, C.O.D. the grand total was $100 even. Ya, $9 for a huge ass package. Being the swell guy he is, he threw in some wraps and a free T-shirt, both of which are very, very nice.

So without further ado, THE GLOVES:

A shot to compare them with my Twins 16oz.

Glove feel really good. A little harder than the Twins, and the hand compartment is little more snug. Stitching looks good and everything, except on the right glove the logo patch was little off when I got them. The actual glove itself is very nice though. I'd imagine it might be a little to snug if I was a guy with big, big hands, but otherwise perfect.

Here's the T-shirts:

Sorry I don't have better pics, but I'll be a doing another review of my belly protector I just got, and I'm wearing the first one underneath, might help.

I ordered the large. As first I thought it was a little too big, but after I washed them they shrunk slightly, and fit pretty good now. Still a little bit bigger then I normally get, but still look good. For reference, I'm 5'10, about 185 (fight weight 167). About 46-48" around the shoulders.

The Wraps:

Nothing crazy. Very similar to the CSI ones I have. Semi-elastic, good velcro, fits great. Very good for $6

Also got a hat, just cause I like caps.

Also got 3 tubes of Cryogel.

So,
1 pair of 16oz. Leather gloves,
2 T-shirts
1 Hat
1 Set of Wraps
3 Tubes of Cryogel

$91, $100 C.O.D. and no hassles, no head aches. I had a couple concerns, just caus it was Xmas and the post office was nuts, plus their webiste was down. TJ handled it very quickly (like, under 8 hours) and in the most friendly manner. Also when I thought the T-shirts weren't going to fit he offered to send new ones and more or less said "Keep the others or give them to people from your gym that are going to fight etc."

So service: 10/10
Glove: 8/10. For $40 you're not going to find better. Easily worth $60, IMO
Shirts: 9/10. Good quality, look nice. Gotten some nice compliments on the.
Wraps:9/10 My second favorite, after my Spartans, but less than half the price.

Ya, the first shirt is for Russian Sambo, hence the Red Star.

Nice gloves but more rounded that I personally like. How are they on the bags?

Don't know, I don't have a bag to hit, only pads and belly protector. They feel great though. The true test will be sparring, and I'll post my experience with them then (prolly a week from Saturday).
