Quick Review Koral, Tapout, Boes, Sprawl Shorts

A simple quick review on the four pairs of shorts that i own

top left- Boes
top right- Korals
bottom left- Tapouts
bottom right- Sprawls

Boes- a cheap simple short, they come down to just above my knees so i wear these shorts just for muay thai (like grappling shorts on/below knee) good material, easy movement, losts of room for kicks, but no elastic between the legs, overall a simple short

rating- 6/10 (they get the job done)

Korals- I was first kind of confused when i got these shorts because the material they are made out of made me feel like i was wearing a tarp. These shorts also come down to just above my knee so i wear them only for muay thai, i got used to the material and found them to be a very open short which makes kicks and knees easy. No elastic between the legs, material is extremely strong! Overall a strong long lasting short

rating- 7/10 (they get the job done)

Sprawls- Come down to just below my knees, very light yet they feel strong, elastic between the legs, alot of room for kicks.....PERFECT end of review.

10/10

Tapouts- Great looking, very light material, a great fit, come down to just below my knee, a great grappling short!

9/10 (they are great but just not as good as the sprawls and they need a cut in the legs)

Good review... wished I had seen this earlier... lol

I just picked up a pair of sprawl/korals as well and you pretty much hit it right on the head. While I like the style of the koral shorts, they are shorter than I thought and the material, while probably more durable, feel very stiff. The sprawls on the other hand are by far more comfortable and giving when rolling.

I guess if it ain't broke, don't fix it... I'd def. recommend the sprawls.
