Nice write-up/review. I got the black ones and there is no transparency issue, of course. I wonder if the issue with the yellow shorts will discourage them from releasing a white version.

Maybe they will be able to use a little bit thicker material for a white batch

I've got quite a few pairs of vale tudo shorts, I prefer to train and stuff in Sprawls, Nogi's etc But I will always wear vale tudo shorts to actually fight or compete in. I've got Hunters, Chute Boxe, Wand, Rage and BTT

I would love to have some yellow sprawls but I just can't deal with the transparency thing.

Hey Trigger, just wear some vale tudo shorts underneath if your worried about the transparency issue. Honestly there really nice shorts, I wouldnt let the transparency issue stop you from getting them

Ok guys as promised here are the pictures, Sorry I’m so late with this all but we found out at work we're getting inspected on Monday so been busy there then yesterday I injured my shoulder training and was having trouble doing anything for the better part of the day.

Anyway thank you for everyone that's commented on the review, it's nice to know people are interested in your opinions on MMA gear when you're just a regular guy that trains like me and not the next big thing in MMA or something like that.

Worth pointing out is that for some reason my camera has made the yellow look a bit lighter too (like the original picture on the sprawl website before they replaced it) I've no idea why this is, especially as in the first pic my glove looks the right colour, but they are more vibrant than they look - must just be something about the camera flash on the material. I've tried to show the transparence using one of my boxing sparring gloves

if there are any more angles you'd like me to take just let me know

And the glove on the inside...

Comparing mine to yours, they (your pair) appear to be from the slightly transparent bunch? Mine are much brighter yellow.

Good pics and review Terrier.
