CIKID Review: RMAX Ultimate Grappling Shoes

My first review on Sherdog

RMAX ULTIMATE GRAPPLING SHOE!

Company Website:
http://www.rmaxinternational.com/mam...hpshop&Itemid=

I train Judo and Combat Sambo 3 times a week. Instead of opting for wrestling shoes, I decided to buy a pair of RMAX UGS. Needless to say, I'm more than impressed.

I wore them today and everyone from the instructor on down was impressed and wanted to knwo where I could get a pair.

Comfort level: 10/10. I'm a very picky person. I find flaws in the tiniest of things. So when something doesn't feel right, I get pissed off. I can honestly say that this is the most comfortable pair of shoes, ANY SHOES, I have ever worn in my life, much less trained in. It feels like you're on air literally. You can read about all their design and why they are superior infomercial jargon on the official website but I swear to you that this is an amazing pair of training shoes. It will not interfere in anyway during grappling, submissions, etc.

Design: 9/10. They are black and as the picture says, there is an RMAX logo on them. I could care less if they were bright pink with a Pikachu jerking off in the background as the logo I would still wear them.

Price: With shipping comes out to around $65. Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Yes. If you are doing any kind of Sambo, JJ, Judo or anything that requires mat grappling and submission maneuvers, this is the shoe to wear.

Cons:
The only thing I find wrong with the UGS is that the laces are extremely long, too long. I will end up just cutting it down but the laces are freakishly long.

Overall Grade: A++
- I have never been more impressed with a piece of athletic gear in my entire life.

If anyone has any questions about the UGS, I'll be here to answer. Good fight and good luck.

Sure thing. The bottom is white and the shoe is so soft you won't know you have them on.
