Its been a long time since I bought something and with the weak dollar I thought I give this rashguard and budovideos a shot.
Bad, bad idea.
The rashguard itself is not the problem. It is a great one in fact. Stiching is very well made and the logos are embroided. It is a little thin though and my nipples are visible under the shirt.
Im very disappointed and angry.
I ordered express with fedex. The package needed 2 days from california to Germany and I was impressed first but than the lazy fedex drivers came at 9am the first time and didnt meet anybody at my home. Any sane person would assume that everybody in that household would be working except for those fedex people. The driver came the next day at 9:45 and surprise, surprise nobody was there.So I called the fedex hotline to get this straight that nobody in my household is unemployed and can be at home at 9:45 on a normal week day. The woman told me the driver will come the next day at 4pm but he didnt. Now I called again today and to get finally my package. The woman told me that the drivers can't be at my home at 6pm because they are already back at the fedex hive of evilness at that time. Now I wonder from what time do those guys work? And can only unemployed or filthy rich people who dont have to work get packages from fedex?
Anyway, I drove up to the local fedex office. I was happy I would finally get my rashguard. So the guy there tells me everything is fine and I have to pay the bill now.
I paid 49,99$ for the rashguard, 25$ express shipping and now again? Yes, another 35$ for taxes and fedex service.
I ordered 3 times from Brazil, one time from the United States and from Japan before and I never had to pay taxes, ever. So I was like ok, they got me now too but fedex service? For what do I pay the 25$ afterall? And why didnt anybody tell me that I have to pay this money in the first place?
I feel like a rape victim right now. There wasnt even a stamp of a duty officer on the box. Fedex did all by themselves.
I will never use budovideos or fedex again. www.bfw1.com is the only way to go now for me.
Try to avoid budovideos outside of the United States.

Like I decide their routes. They were already at the fedex office when a normal 8-5 employee comes home.

The guy in their office told me that it happens when you dont have an account at fedex.

You didnt tell me anything helpful. You never said you get royally fucked in the ass and your shit smeared all over your face if you order from budovideos. I learned my lesson the hard way and will not order from them anymore.

did all your orders ship via fedex or did some ship other methods. I have found when importing products from the US is items ship with fedex they will always get customs charges this is down to us being in the good old EU this has nothing to do with budovideos.

Maybe ask nicely and they will send your item global priority which goes through the USPS and then your own countries postal service and this take 4 working days tops and ask for it to be marked as gift and the cost on the customs declaration down so you won't get hit by the charges. I know a lot of companies have done this for me in the past but now customs are tightening up on this.

That is if there is a next time for you ;)
