I ordered the gladiator pro from customguards.com and it is amazing. The boil mouthguard I was using before didn't stay in at all, making it hard to breathe and made me gag. I tried it in sparring today and it held up real good, you can talk and breathe perfectly with it on. The process took about 2.5 weeks overall to receive the kit, do the impression, send it back then get it back. Wait, it's only $50?

I purchased an Everlast from Sports Authority for $25 and it sucks. And I messed up part of it in the rear during the boiling process (yea my fault).

But $50 for a custom indentation is a good deal. One tooth implant is around $4,000 with lots and lots of follow up visits to the dentist, pain, and crap.

Yeah, its only 50 for a one color mouthguard. If you want fancy stuff on it then the price goes up a little bit. it is so much better than the boil mouthguards. Once you try it, you'll realize how awesome it is.
