Alright so I'm finally getting around to writing some reviews for the gear I have purchased over the past 6 or 7 months. I'm bored and should be studying, but feel like procrastinating a little longer.
So first off is Fairtex Sparring Head Guard:
This headgear is great. Really comfortable and durable. As ussual great quality product from Fairtex. It was a little stiff at first, but that is to be expected with new gear. After wearing it for a few hours it started to take the shape of my head and break in. Its is pretty pricey, I think it was about $80. I hate how they do not post sizing information on their website. It took a few days to reply to my e-mail. But basically they do sizing by weight, which doesn't make sense to me. But anyways, I am 165-170 lbs and I fit perfectly into a medium. So I hopes that helps anyone wondering about the sizing. All in all a great product from Fairtex. 9.5/10
Next I will review Fairtex's Standard Shin Pads:
Once again another great product from Fairtex. These gaurds are thick and big. They are not made for grappling. These gaurds are great for heavy kicking drills. They stay on well for kicking but get cought up when grappling. I think they could have made the strap system a little better. Good gaurds and not over priced like some of their gear. Once again another great product. 8/10
I'll keep the Fairtex theme going and review Fairtex's NHB Sparring Gloves:
Fairtex simply makes awesome gear. I have yet to come across a product of theirs that I didn't like. I purchased a pair of CSI's Max Spar Grappling gloves, and they were such pieces of crap I sent them back (I did a review on these gloves a while back). After the bad CSI experience, I purchased the Fairtex NHB Sparring gloves. These are some quality gloves. The leather feels great and they are condstructed perfectly. The padding is nice and soft and easy on your sparring partner. I have used them for a few months now and they still look brand new. I purchased them onsale for $44 at MMAWarehouse.com. Definetely worth the $44. Good wrist support, but not too much where it hinders wrist movement while grappling. Awesome gloves. I would definetely recomend them. 9.5/10
Combat Sports International. The Big Pad Kick shield:
I decided I would give CSI another chance after having a bad experience with their Max Spar Grappling gloves. I figured it was pretty hard to screw up on a kick pad. I am actually very pleased with this pad. It has held up well and still looks brand new after 6 months. Its is a little on the heavy side but this doesn't bother me. Its a synthetic so it was like a rock at first, but has since broken in nicely. Great pad for the price. Most kick pads I looked at were going for close to $100. This pad sells for $60, and is just as good as those $100 kick shields. Although I'm not a big CSI fan, I am a fan of this pad. Good Quality kick shield, for a good price. 8/10

Awesome all leather curved punch mitts for only $40. Nicely contoured to fit the hand of the person wearing the mitts. Great quality, these mits can take a beating. The strap system keeps the mitts firmly in place on your hand. The strap goes around the wrist, not the hand, so the mitts don't slip at all when doing drills. I highly recomend these focus mitts. 9.5/10
Primetime (Next Move Gear) 16 oz Boxing gloves:
Another good product from Primetime. All leather construction with velcro closure system. Although these are 16 oz gloves I wouldn't really recomend them for heavy bag work. The padding and leather is pretty soft so they are great for sparring and pad work, but not really suited for heavy bag work. Good quality, and not too bulky, small enough to get through your sparring partners gaurd. The gloves are decently priced at $55. 8.5/10
Primetime (Next Move Gear) 4 oz. Level 2 MMA competition Gloves. "The Stopper":

These gloves are specifically designed for someone who is more of a stand up fighter. The velcro enclosure is very long and wraps around the wrist several times to give you unbelievable wrist support. The padding is also built up on the knuckles more to provide you with extra knuckle protection. There is a crease/break in the padding to allow you to easily and comfortably make a fist. The padding is not to stiff and not to soft. The gloves come in open or closed palm design. I am very pleased with these gloves. They are very durable, and comfortable. 9.5/10
