Great review. Love the way these look, I'd probably buy them in a different colour, though that's preference.

I'm considering purchasing Fairtex BGV-1's, but I have a question. Does anyone know how these compare in overall size with Twins BGVL-3 16 oz gloves? Are they smaller, and if so, how much smaller? I have the 16 oz Twins gloves and the overall size is a bit too big. The hand compartment of the Twins is also a bit too wide for me, so I'm looking for some smaller gloves and was thinking of purchasing 14 oz Fairtex gloves (before the Twins gloves I had 14 oz gloves). But I just want to know how Twins compares in overall size with Fairtex. I'd rather not buy gloves which are too big like the Twins pair.

though twins has a tighter hand pocker/compartment, they are bigger in size as compared to fairtex

a 16 oz fairtex is about the same size as a 12 oz twins...

Yeah, that sounds strange, but is an accurate description. My Fairtex BGV1N 16oz. gloves are slightly smaller on the outside in overall size, than my Twins FBGV-9's in 14oz. And, the Twins BGVL-3's in 16oz. that I have are considerably bigger than their 14oz. gloves. They are all nice gloves, just different.

Thanks for the info guys. I guess I'll go with the 14 oz Fairtex gloves (same model as in this review). Do you reckon these will fit if 16 oz Twins gloves are a little bit too wide for my hands? I'm slightly worried since I have to order them online and I don't know anywhere to try them on.

On a side note, ECS123. In that last part of your post, did you mean that Twins 14 oz are considerably smaller than the 16 oz Twins? If that's the case I might as well go with 14 oz Twins and save some money. Thanks.
