Pros:
Comfortable, not too tight, but snug
Great leather on outside, suede on the inside
Firm foam
Quality construction
Light, manuverable, not bulky
Looks damn good!
Cons:
Small cheek guards, no chin guard
Relatively open faced
Padding slightly less thick than dedicated muay thai headgear
Overall:
My headgear of choice. I prefer the mobility but don't expect that the cheek guards will protect you or your glass nose from a good straight cross let along a kick or worse, a knee/elbow. Most comfortable headgear I have used, but that's probably due to a lack of bulk.
Quality is obvious. Will buy this gear again, but I've never tried Fairtex or Windy. Read my review on Twins headgear.
Old trainer used to give me looks when I used it
AND don't confuse Everlast's lower end garbage with their higher end stuff.
