Icon13 Combat Sports Max spar grappling gloves

Just purchased some gear from Combat Sports International, including a pair of Max spar grappling gloves. I heard good things about their gear, but was very dissapointed by these gloves. The gloves went for $50, but had the quality of a $25 no name brand glove. First off the gloves are extremely uncomfortable. In the fingers the stitching seems are folded inward, which just give the gloves an awkward feeling. The finger holes were inconsistant; for example the index finger hole on the right glove is much larger then the index finger hole on the left glove. You don't even have to put the gloves on to see that the finger holes/supports are all messed up, its so obviouse you can just look at the gloves and see the imperfections. Also the 2 inches of padding on top, feels like a rock. I know new gear is stiff, but this stuff is unbelievably stiff and hard. Making a tight fist takes some effort, which isn't good when the gloves are designed for grappling. CSI definetely missed the mark on this product. I do not recomend buying these gloves.

I have a pair of these, and thought they were ok, I cant say I noticed them being majorly stiff, or the holes being uneven, but Ive not had a chance to spar with them yet. will add my opinions once I get to use them properly!

I have these gloves, the only thing I can tell you... is either you're insane or you got a pair of gloves that have a manufaturer's defect.
