Big. Review. Shorts, gloves. PICTURES.

I have gotten a buncha shit in the mail over the past month and just havent had time till now. Split my knuckle open and it got infected so Im out for a night or two. So I'll write it up. If you want pics of somthing specific, ask, and recieve.
-Truth Fightwear V3 shorts(blue)
-Truth Fightwear MMA training glove
-Fairtex Muay Thai shorts(camo & for free)
-Titan air/gel training head gear
-Serious Fightwear Shorts
-NOGI Grill Shorts
-CSI 16oz MMA Sparring Gloves
-Adidas 10oz bag gloves
=================================
--Truth v3's were exactly as explained in other reviews. A heavier short that is easy affordable. I feel it fit small. I got whatever size was reccomended for 32(M? I'd have to go look but dont wanna) and the waist is very tight. Im a big 32 but I wear 32 in everything. Good for the money but the biggest thing I hated was when I pissed, or un-velcroed, the velcro sticks to the short. So the left pant leg is all torn up from the velcro flipping down and sticking. Personally, I'd go with my Cage-walks over these shorts for the money. Too heavy, etc. Some good shorts to workout in but not train. Overall 6/10.

--On the other hand, Truth's MMA training glove I loved. Very rough on the knuckles and fingers till broken in but much needed padding is there. They feel like they were made nice and have been thru many rounds now of small bag work(de bag, 60lb hb, etc.) and only continues to break in and feel better. The reviews I read were they were stiff at first which I highly agree with. Maybe you could run them over with your car? I used to do that with hockey gloves to break them in. Overall 8.8/10.

--Fairtex Muay Thai Shorts. I got these for free. Some of you have read. They had an error on their website(ringside) at a/b 4 in the morning and i prounced on it hopefully hoping it'd go thru. Everything did, they laugh'd, thanked me for finding it before it was big and sent them for free. I have these and a pair of everlast muay thai. My everlasts are M and extremely small(im 178, 5'10) so I got a XL for comfort reasons. MAYBE too big. Waist fits fine but length whise, should've chose a L. Overall good quality, its fairtex and I can't bitch they were free. 10/10(compared to my everlasts).

--Titan Air/gel headgear. This was how I found the fairtex's. Looking up new headgear and scavenged onto shorts. I have to say, my past pair we're the 30$ everlasts where Titans were 30$, they were much better quality. More padding, especially with the "gel" and much more areas to adjust for proper fitting. I've only spar'd with it on 3-4 times, BUT 10x better than my cheap everlast(and they were the same price). 8/10.

--Serious Fightwear fight-shorts. I got these b/c they were clearance on Boomers, and hell, clearance is my shit. I got these with the CSI sparring gloves. Overall these shorts remind me of cagewalks, with less room and a different material. More tarp like feeling. I wear these alot to bed and under sauna suit, etc, or running. I've boxed in them but havent rolled. I'd reccomend them as throwbacks, just like cagewalks. Good feeling, not too tight elastic(waist) and pretty bland looking. Like them a little more than truth's. 7/10.

--My Nogi's. My first pair ordered from them. I was thinkin bout gettin the bone and grill but personally liked the grill and thought the bone looked to alike, just white and black. I'm actually wearing my Nogi's now. Overall, excellent quality as I've heard. I love how the velcro is only "on-top" and doesnt stream down and cause a mess like my Truth's. They put a piece of cloth in-between to keep "your shit" inside, lol. Overall they're up there with my Forty-Thieves(my fav's). They give you much needed room for anything, just look at how big they are in the picture compared to the others. The material is kinda flexy but there arent any "flex panels" or "elastic crotches" like my other shorts. Good quality and good looks for sure. 9/10.

--Saw these for sale on BoomersMMA i believe. BIG ASS gloves. I got them and was like wow. I mean, I havent spar'd at all with them on(it was just a good deal at the time) and I'm so amazed by how big they are. They said big, but these fuckers are huge. Compared to my 11lb poodle, they're bigger. I can get pictures to prove. lol. Not the best quality, weak closure system for such a big glove, but whatever. they were 20-30 bucks. Thick, but feel like a pillow. Not much cushion compared to a Ringside training glove, etc. Real big, but soft if that makes any sense. 7/10.

--Adidas 10oz gloves. I forget what they're model is but they're blue/white and on ringside for 30. I thought I'd get them for DE bag work but when they got here I was amazed. I dunno if I've just beaten the shit out of my Titles, or if these new adidas are the "new" technology b/c they are lighter, but thicker than my titles by far. I love em, they're small so they've broken open a couple knuckles(scar tissure) but thats fightin right? Even a couple buddies put them on for some mitt-work and we're like wow. THEY have an AMAZING elastic wrist strap, leaving a tight closure. They claim to use a gel mixture and you can feel it. Even during push-ups, i was like wow, I'm not even close to touching the ground. Reccomend picking these up, they're still on Ringside. 9.3/10 just cuz they're personally ugly.

I love using them when I lift weights or when I do uay thai, but definitely not when I do MMA/grappling

I'm starting to love using my nogis for working out as well

How long did you use them before they started to get comfy?

I keep hearing great things about the Truth Training Gloves! I've love to see how they stand up to a lil light sparring.
