Balaz vs Title for a Heavy Bag Wall Mount

I just ordered a 6 ft Fairtex bag (120 lb) and I was going to hang this in the workout room at my house. It is a finished room inside the house not a garage or basement so I just want to make sure that I don't tear up any sheet rock or studs when I use the bag. I was looking at using the Title Deluxe Heavy Duty Wall Mount Hanger (the one that will hold up to a 200 lb bag). Also looking at the Balaz Standard H2S Heavy Bag Wall Mount. I am about 6 ft, 230 lb and I will be doing Muay Thai work on it. It looks like either mount should be able to handle the weight of the bag, but the wall is what I am more worried about. Also since the Balaz mount is like 4 times the cost of the Title one I'm trying to figure out if the Balaz one is any better or if it is just overkill. I would be mounting it on wood studs 16" on center. I read the great review that is on here for the Title Wall Mount but I am looking to see if anyone else has tried it and if anyone has personal experience with the Balaz mount. I have no interest in a free standing bag (wavemaster) or in using a stand.

Wrong section - this isn't a review.

Post in the regular gear and equipment forum.
