So far so good man ... we really don't spar with the MMA gloves on ... we usually use 16 oz. boxing gloves.

I have done some pad work with them on they seem to hold up well .... I believe they are 6-8 oz. so they do offer a lil more protection than standard 4 oz'ers. Rolling with them on is not a problem at all.

The padding is fine ... I think it's great.

Pick up a pair man ... or try to get your Extreme's replaced.
