bamiaspriceless is correct. why go thru the armor? i mean seriously. a basic shiv, however, not even a knife just a really pointy stabbing tool (like a short, sharpened foil blade), would be an efficient weapon. any real knife fighter will tell you to cut not stab anyway. why get your tool stuck if you have a real knife?

and also, under the armpit is one of the deadly pressure points for heart interruption even from a hand strike. it does to your heart what your funny bone does to your elbow. do not ever practice unless you know pressure point resusitation techniques.
