yea they are way better at night.. the tritium in the sight last very long too.. i think it has a ten year life span or something like that.. well after shooting a while you can start to estimate distances pretty well.. im not saying its 500m exactly but you can guestimate... but on known distances at ranges its pretty easy the acog has a 4x power zoom on it so you dont really need that big of a target, just a steady trigger squeeze..
I don't think I picked a fight. ame206350 posted his/her opinion and GI Joe came in and said the weapon must be the best ever because his buddies can kill seriously overmatched people with it. Then, instead of addressing any points of debate, he attacked me personally. Fuck him. Fuck his "Killing people, many of who are just defending what they believe in, is cool." attitude.
Don't get me wrong, one of my best friends in the world is in Iraq right now. He's been through Ranger and Green Beret training. He's a fucking badass, but he doesn't tell people about it. I hope that he doesn't get put in a situation where it's necessary to kill.
obviously he is working through soc...more than likely he will be put in those positions....thats what sf do..
