is S.T.A.B (by Tanswell) the best?

Let me start by saying this, I know nothing about weapons. I just read some great reviews about how S.T.A.B. is the best, most realistic instructional DVD out there on how to survive a knife attack (unarmed) so I thought "hey, I wouldn't mind knowing what to do". Do you guys think it is the best instructional? I didn't get it in the mail yet.

I've never heard of it but for realistic knife training you need not watch a video but learn a Filipino Martial Art (Eskrima). Pekiti Tersia might be one of the best for knife training. Translated it means to cut into thirds. Without a partner you will not be able to fully train for the knife. Try out a class and see how you like it. Unlike most martial arts Eskrima starts with a weapon. If you need help finding an instructor let me know I have many contacts in the art.
