Looking for a knife...

Criteria:

-Folder, blade 3in or less in length
-Thumb stud (not a fan of holes)
-Serrations
-Assisted opening would be very nice, but not necessarily required.
-Looking to spend about $100. I've been carrying Gerbers and they're alright, but I want to invest in something a little better.

Recommendations?

Benchmade's Mini Griptilian. Retails for 90 but is sold for 56 dollars in the link below. You can pick the finish and it comes in both plain edge and serrations.

The Axis Lock is pretty wow. They're practically switchblades. I've had my 710 for over a year now and the thing is rugged as hell and I always get a "dude what is that how'd you do that can I see it?" every time I open and close the thing.

CRKT

I bought the M14, its got everything you wanted sept its about a 4blade. This thing is wicked. Its got their double lock thingy so if you go carving out someone carotid and hit the C4 instead the bending and twisting action would hold up more like a solid blade rather than a folder.

They do make M13 series I believe that are 3 in. They dont seem to crave as much blood but they still look nice. Its got the thumb studs but they also have a stud on top that you flip and its fast as fuck. Easy to open. These knives are great quality and relativley inexpensive.

That looks great.

Still open to suggestions, if someone thinks they know a better knife.

I know you said you wanted to go higher end than Gerber (and Benchmade is great) but my Gerber Gator II has never let me down.
