either way, you have to agree, without a gun, brass shins would be kickass.
Guns are very legal. Brass knuckles are illegal in my state, that's for sure. No, without a gun, a knife or baseball bat would be choice number two. Glock 19 > Brass knuckles and brass shins.

For the most part brass knuckles and various weapons are illegal. Guns are not as illegal for 2 reasons. 1) the right to bear arms is what our country is built on. 2) The NRA.

To carry a concealed gun is illegal but in most (Not all) states a misdemeanor for the first offense and a low felony for the second. If you want to know why guns are misdemeaners and brass knuckles are felonies then look at the above 2 reasons.

brass knuckles are the worst shit u can use, if u want to be left with broken fingers use it, The shock is just too hard. If the brass knuckles are ****l u will get a hard ass shock, if u can get a nicely made wooden one then it be sure useful.

Very true, however guns are legal with a CCW/pistol permit.

wait a minute?! "Arms" means armament which brass knuckles certainly falls under. They don't shoot through walls and thus kill innocent children and bystanders in apartment settings. My question is. . . *how* can they be illegal if it's my *right* to bear arms?

Or has the American public so degraded the dictionary that "bear arms" only means guns?

Jiu Jitsu cop, are fixed blades legal to carry? I'm thinking of buying one (I'm from Alabama), but if they are illegal then there is obviously no need for me to buy one. I have a nice Gerber folder.

Huh? I must've missed that one. Or does it just apply to off-duty/out-of-state cops?

why would you carry around brass knuckles? unless your going around looking to beat someone to death?? and the right to bear arms doesnt mean the right to bear brass knuckles?? lets see back a couple hundred years.. i dont think the continental army carried brass knuckles to fend off the brits.. they used guns.. and it wasnt today's American public who wrote the bill of rights... so how many innocent children do you know got shot by rounds that went through walls?? i know a person who was paralyzed by someone who jumped with brass knuckles.. and brass knuckles doesnt have an age requirement.. while firearms is 21 for handguns and 18 for rifles...
