yea, i heard it's a bitch to get one in SF.
try oakland, too. that shit is NOT gonna happen.
a buddy of mine in the richmond/el cerrito area got one fairly easily, but he was doing private protection when he got his license and kept it after he quit the job.

ha i use to cary them years ago. I only carried them cause everyone in the hardcore scene had them so i was dumb and went along with it. i had them as a "belt buckle" and was so stupid i actually wore them to school and such. I never got in trouble, or had to use them. I have seen some friends use them and realized how fucked up and stupid they are so i stopped. i also bought SAP gloves, flap jacks, padlock tied to a bandanna.

stupid hardcore kids thinking fighting is cool...
