I can understand where you're coming from with the picture, however it looks like they are only using that picture to promote the event as a MMA event, it doesn't look like they're using it to promote the idea of Wicky or Kadowaki being on the card, and they make no reference to that being so.

Well mckee or ficket would have made more sense, either way its good to see some more sanctioned shooto events in the US, I know with the rule changes the plan is to put more shows on in california and hopefully some more American talent can be brought through the ranks

i personally think bart palaszewski and horodecki would be good fits in shooto, as well as other IFL's smaller fighters

BTW did anyone see the video from the Akasaka fight festival? Kid's son looks like a little monster. Hopefully they will have a video with Ishida and kawajiri up tomorrow
