Tomorrow evening Sherdogs own Ronald "The Machine Gun" Jhun is fighing Dylan Clay(4-0) at the X1 World Events show in Honolulue, Hawaii. Jhun, a veteran in the sport of MMA has a .500 record with 2 draws and has been in there with some of the best in the business. With wins over the likes of Shonie Carter, Joe Stevenson,Pete Spratt, Jason Von Flu and Ryan Schultz, "The Machine Gun" has proved himself to be one tough customer. He went the distance with Frank Trigg and lost via Arm Triangle Choke to Jason "Mayhem" Miller.
Ron is a family man, who still works a 9-5 job to support his family while persuing his dream of being a MMA fighter. The man is a class act and deserves some well earned respect for being a veteran in the sport who helped pave the road that so many fighters walk on today.
Heres to hoping Ron puts the first loss on his opponents record and does so in impressive fashion. He has been training with BJ Penn lately, something which I hope helps push him over the top.
