This quote from the article link that you posted troubles me as a fan that wants to see Dream aired in the U.S. as soon as possible:

“It would be a great deal if it happens,” he said about a potential deal with HDNet Fights. “But I think any TV station in the United States we make a deal with would be a big step into the U.S. market and finally we would like to have a main TV station in the United States that has an audience that is ours, (under) our control.”

I read that statement to mean that Dream wants to televise the events on ppv so that they can make as much money as they can in the U.S. market. And they also want all of the control of production and advertisement. From that statement, it seems somewhat unlikely that HDNet will air Dream events. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
