You guys know me Ill fight anyone. I just want a chance to show everyone my best. Im working hard staying inshape an not making excusses. Insted Im trying to get better, work hard an string some wins together. Im still with SF but open to compete in Japan an even in the US with approval. Im in a good situation with Scott Coker. Joe fought great gainst me. Smart game plan, an he was on.


I cant wait to see how he does against Diaz. Diaz is great an on top of his game. Top 10 pfp well rounded an tough.


Anyway off to spar with Bisping now. That guy is an animal. Conditioning his conditioning is top notch.

He is skilled, an most important has the EYE of the TIGER!!!!


Being around someone like that shows me what I need to do, be like, an get back.

I heard that Hiromitsu Miura signed with Sengoku. That would be an epic fight imo.

Your path leads back to Minowa, Phil. If your trilogy with him doesn't come to a conclusion, the history MMA will never be complete.

But Sengoku will be a good fit, too. They were rumored to be doing a Welterweight Grand Prix this year. A fight between you and MAXI would be awesome.
