OMG, this is unbelievible, the guy just started to make some noise as a rising star in the IFL, what a shame. I remember from his pre-fight interview he said he had a yound child and a wife too, how sad. My thought and prayers go out to them, may Jeremy rest in peace.

*Update- It looks like this news if unforntunately true, Jeremy's trainer Chris Brennan posted this on the UG-

Quote:
Most of you may just be starting to catch a glimps of Jeremy Williams as he has begun to shine for the Condors on the IFL. I was fortunate enough for him to walk in to my school not yet 18 yerars old in 1998. Jeremy was a best friend to me for many years and I sort of raised him when he wasn't at home. Took him under my wing and showed him everything I know. He grew as a person, teacher, and MMA Fighter. I'm not sure what causes people to do the things they do but I feel terribly for his family and everyone around him. Jeremy I love you like a brother or as my family would say "The Brother from another mother" and I will miss you dearly. To all the NG/APEX guys if any of you need anything please feel free to call or email me and we will make it happen.

RIP

Chris Brennan

This isn't the Jeremy Williams that was an ex-pro boxer and trains Rampage?

I met him a couple of times, seemed like a real good guy, my thoughts and prayers are with his family tonight. this is very sad news. I also would like to send my condolences to his many students over at Apex.

Filled with sadness, confusion, and anger right now. We both got too busy to do lunch last week but, talked a bit and all was "going great".

He was a brother to me, to Chris, to anyone who asked or needed one. One of (if not THE) most decent people I'll ever know.

Sorry to hear this. Jeremy was a close friend to all the Sabres, and was a stand up guy. Unfortunately, under the circumstances, he is at peace now. My blessings go out to his family.
