RIP Jeremy Williams.

I hate to say this. But I didn't know this Williams. I knew the former boxer turned MMA fighter that coached on The Contender. I had followed that Williams carreer for awhile.

Either way my thoughts and prayers are with this family.

Williams' death has now been confirmed by the IFL. This is really sad news. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
