Keep working boys.
Here's what you do:
1. Use IE it's easiet to toast the cookie
2. Vote at *HDTV News, Views & Reviews
3. Close browser
4. Open folder C:\Documents and Settings\XXXX\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files and delete Cookie:XXXX@twiigs.com/
5. Repeat from step 1.
XXXX will be your computer name __________________

Yeah, definitively using the Opera browser is the way to go: you don't have to do any of that delete cookies stuff, you just vote, close the window, re-open and vote again 
Trust me I know I just changed the poll a couple of points  __________________

I think it's easier with Firefox since you don't have to close it and reopen it.
Just clear private data, refresh page, and vote again !!
