Last time I checked, Lee was out. He was in prison in Morocco for charges unrelated to the heist (kidnapping and drug possession, I think) and Morocco would not send him to England because he had dual citizenship.
He hasn't been indicted for the heist, he is still a "person of interest" until the British authorities can get their hands on him. Since he's a Moroccan citizen, that won't be anytime soon. 50-some million of that heist is still missing.
I bet 50 mil can grease a lot of palms in Morocco. My facts could be off, it was over a year ago. Either way, he's probably never fighting professionally again.

he's still being held on that charge. and the Morocan Gov is currently negotiating with England, but thats not supposed to go anywhere. For now he's in jail in Moroco though
