Yes, I got married and couldn't she couldn't stand the sight of my sexy pot belly anymore.
It's a little known fact, Koreans dig "husky" white dudes.

Actually, I've been to your gym before to look around for morning classes. I live in Sinchon (so I don't live too far from where you work out), but I train in a gym in Incheong Baeksokdong so it takes like and hour and a half to get there (total time of walking, waiting, riding the bus, and walking again).
I have no problems with my current gym, they are like a second family to me (I've even slept over in my instructor's home on a few occassions), but commuting to and from the gym takes up valuable time for me that I could use like academic study and chess practice. I've already discussed this problem with my instructor, and he gave me permission to cross-train in other gyms to fill in the gaps in my training. The only problem is I didn't know how the instructors in other gyms will react to my request.
At your gym I've talked to the Taekwondo instructor "upstairs", but I didn't really tell him everything. As I first wanted to found out if there was a morning class (doesn't really matter anymore, I think I might take evening classes too). I think I'll have my instructor to give your gym a call for permisson some time later or so.

Well, the only classes that you can take that are worth a shit are with the amateurs and Kwang-hee. We lost most of our pros due to bullshit and Jae-seok Lim opening his own gym. Those are from 7-10pm.
One funny story I have is one time I went to a gym near Eungam E-Mart. The guy swore he learned his moves at BTT. Fuckin' doosh was about 25. I just wanted to get some rolling in with some different partners. He made me spar with his one and only pro and I broke him. Then the asshole has the nerve to tell me that I had to pick between his gym and JSK bc I might reveal his secrets to my instructors. My instructors at the time were a Spirit MC MW champ and KDH. Koreans do some stupid shit to save face. I am in no way over generalizing here.

PS. Everybody knows I love JSK. Those dudes are like my family and I would do anything for them, but I think now I have to move on. Not bc the training sucks. Anybody that wants to go there has my word, you will puke on the first day if you don't come prepared.
The problem is, before I had several 80-85+kg fighters to train with. Now, they are literally all LWs. I just can't roll hard enough and my JJ and striking are suffering. I can bang with Kwang-hee, but he likes to take it easy before fights bc he's a natural striker. Plus the dude always has fights.
I'm looking for a real mma gym that isn't in kyungi-do or Kangnam. I'm pretty sure I have a better chance of finding a unicorn with a leprechaun riding it, but if anyone knows any solid gyms where I can get my nose busted, PM me. I'll be looking on the interwebs, but you guys complete me.
