Yoon is fighting Zelg in the September Hero's card. Zelg lost to Takimoto by submission in there last fight, I think he'll suffer the same fate against Yoon. Speaking of Tak, I'd like to see Hero's pick him up, like Yoon he's also better then his record indicates. A rematch between Takimoto and Yoon would be a good fight, I think Yoon would win this time though, he has improved more since they last fought.

Thanks for this informative thread. I recently returned from an all-too-brief trip to Korea. I fell in love with it, and I am hoping to find somewhere to learn Korean here in Phoenix and go back someday. With this newfound knowledge of Korean MMA, maybe I'll be able to catch an event. Thanks to leto1776, bruceleroy, and everyone else who provided great info.

I will say that Korean combat sports coverage is excellent. In my hotel room one night I was able to flip back and forth between a K-1 match, what appeared to be an amateur MMA competition, and multiple tv shows that seemed to have the format of an unnecessarily large panel of hip Korean youths encouraging Hong Man Choi to break things with his hands, face, etc. While that seemed a little exploitative, one show did include an interesting demo of ssireum wrestling, which I had never seen before.
