I lived in Albany and have rolled with Jay. Im 145, so needless to say he threw me around like a rag doll. Nice guy though, real cool individual.

I rolled at NY boxing yesterday with Ryan Clark and Jerry Spiegel two of my good friends. good classes there Ryan is an awesome instructor. I'll be at Lionkill Thursday the 27th in Kingston and then I will be at Bruno Tostes school Friday night to train with those guys. After that I will at TNT wrestling Sat the 29th for a seminar with Nick Sanzo from 10-12 and 1-3. Then back to Vegas to start training again for Feb.
