great to see some aussie content...heres some more:

heres the first version of a HL package ive done for daniel lima, awesome aussie/brazilian fighter and BJJ black belt. packed full of subs, slams and strikes.... check it out and let me know what you think.

so did anyone catch TUF on at 6pm darwin time? lol. I didn't even know Austar was carrying the Fox Sports 3 channel, not that anyone could watch it cause you have to subscribe for it specially..

you better beleive it , he man handles 6 2' , 110 kgs at training. a lot of that is his crazy good technique, but good luck finding a stronger guy who is 5 3'.

I managed to see the TUF and it is in fact season 1. Hopefully this will bring in a whole new breed of MMA fans in Australia.

Also, the XFC Title fight between Australia Kyle Noke and Frank Shamrock trained, Brian Ebersole will be shown on Brisbane 31 for all you SE Qld people. It will be on Thursday at 8:30 pm and a replay on Saturday at 10am so please tune in.

It was a main event from the XFC Oktoberfist show held on October 13.

Im going to another XFC this wkend so ill let everyone know how that goes.

Are you talking about the Amateur Shooto event's? There pretty good for amateurs to enter in too.

hey zviggy, keep an eye out for marcio bittencourt at tonights xfc, he's the featherweight champ and has a rematch with the guy he beat for the title. he trains with us at fightclub and hes a monster on the ground... last time he'd only just landed in oz and had to cut for the fight i think he'll be better preparded tonight. he's been training with daniel lima and jason wildchild since he's been here, looks slick.
