Ever since I heard Joe Rogan drop his name at one of the UFC events I think it was Royce vs. Matt hughes not sure, but I found myself looking up the Gannon fight on youtube and watching in horror as Kimbo and Sean Gannon smashed in each others heads with there bare fist, I ended up seeing all his fight but the one that sticks out the most was when Kimbo puched that guys eye out of his head, I think his name was birdman or something but I almost vomited the taco bell I just ate.

I mean I hated Kimbo and thought he was a low life thug and wondered who's butthole he crawled out of, he was an evil Black man to me and I wrote him off and wished him death like many other Sherdoggers. But he never went away, his name would pop up on sherdog and other MMA forums all the time, and every once in a while I would see if he had any new fights online, don't lie you know you all done the same. That brings us to today, he will be making his pro debut soon, and it seems like his a new man, I first wanted Ray Mercer to kill him and show him what a real fight is, but know I find myself rooting for Kimbo.

I mean he is really giving MMA his all, He is training with Bas and the IFL team doing two a days. Bas loves the guy, he was glowing when talking about Kimbo and if Bas has good things to say about him that means a lot. I mean I kind of respect the guy now, first of all I respect anybody who fights and gets in there, I know from boxing that its hard at hell. I pick him to beat Ray Mercer, because Ray mercer is almost 50 and a lot slower now and wont have much of a gas tank, and if Ray only trained boxing for this fight and no ground work; Kimbo will crush him if it hits the floor. I pick Kimbo via ground and pound. So how do you guys feel about Kimbo now? Would people want to see him fight in the UFC or IFL? I will be on youtube for sure looking up the Mercer fight, discuss please, I'm board as hell.

kimbo is GREAT at selling crack and beating up cans....
i think its stupid that he's up against mercer because mercer is also a can in the would of MMA at the moment..
they should put him up against someone that will demolish him so people don't get false hope when he beats mercer

Fuck all of you Kimbo bashers. I liked the guy since the beginning, when he was still in backyards scrapping it up in toughman matches. I mean you guys say he fights untrained cans, but hes a UNTRAINED CAN HIMSELF in those videos. And from the looks of it, hes got good tyson-esque boxing movement. I like his style, he just needs to hone it up a little. Now i admit, if he hits the floor, he'll be like a fish outta water. But everyone has gotta start somewhere.

I cant see why all you assholes cant look past his thug image. Im pretty sure hes got real respect for the fight game, thats why hes been attempting to learn it. And if a guy such as BAS RUTTEN sees it in him. Then who are we to doubt?
