Would anyone wonder if Lesnar is ready for Frye? Of course Lashley is ready and will stop Frye in the first round. People seem to be down on Lashley because he couldn't finish Guida who is quite experienced at losing decisions ala Heath Herring.

Yeah lashley needs to fight someone who poses a real threat like a good heavyweight grappler..like roy nelson or a good heavyweight striker like Buentello or Rothwell.Those old guys (no offense to Fry)or freaks (sapp) wont help him develop his game.

If I was on the commission to approve this fight, I wouldn't be thinking 'Is Lashley ready for Frye?', I'd be thinking 'is it right to send an old man to his death like this?'. Frye is long past it.

Are you serious? Lashley is gonna kick Dons ass. He only needs to survive the first 3 minutes and Frye will be gassed out anyway.

Lashley had his first fight seven months ago and you think he should already be fighting guys like Nelson, Buentello or Rothwell? Lashley should continue his pace of fighting hand picked opponents every 2 months for at least the next year before stepping up to those type of fighters. What's the hurry to step up his competition? Wouldn't it be better for Lashley to build a skillset before beginnning a regular diet of top competitors? Also, Frye is the man for giving Lashley this opportunity. Frye is a legend with nothing more to prove, but Lashley needs this fight to develop.
