Lack of IFL Training sessions or details is hurting IFL

Are the coaches really training these guys right now? Whats the sessions like? How have the fighters grown?

Actually, I'm putting a schedule together right now to interview all of the coaches and fighters and as I complete each one, I will post them to the forum.

There's one more official announcement that should be made later today or tomorrow which will allow the coaches and fighters to be more forthcoming with information regarding their role(s) in the IFL.

Keep your eyes on their website because it's getting ready to explode:-)

I don't know if you guys know or not, but they have already begun filming a behind the scenes documentary styled feature on the coaches and fighters and they are going to air it as a pregame show to the April 29th event. So we'll get to see the fighters training and learn a little about them, and get to hear what the coaches have to say about their fighters and the IFL.

This is going to be an awesome show, and the IFL really seems to have what is needed to launch MMA into becoming a professional mainstream sport. Me and my girlfriend are actually going to the show on April 29th. Oh, and in case nobody mentioned this either, like a week later they're having the finals between the winners of the event on the 29th. Then after that, they will be announcing 4 new teams to become part of the IFL. It's all sounding very exciting. I can't wait.

I sent Gareb the format I want to use to interview the fighters and he will get it set up. I should be good to go by the weekend or shortly thereafter.

Instead of featuring one fighter at a time, I will be taking the info from the interviews and doing a side-by-side format of the two fighters matched to compete. This way the fans will be able to compare the two and based on the info provided and decide which one they favor.

This should lead to some pretty interesting debates, plus it allows the fans to get to know all of the athletes a little better.

BTW, the IFL events will be televised on FSN, not PPV.
