Pretty much.

From what I understand, Gannon was told that knees were legal. It was only during the fight that Kimbo's crew started crying and wanting to change the rules. Regardless, what kind of bad ass unbeatable street fighter (as Kimbo markets himself) wants so many rules? Clearly he knew he wasn't a real fighter, just a glorified bareknuckle boxer. And even at that game, Gannon beat him. Blame it on conditioning if you want to, but Gannon took his best shots and Kimbo, despite his crew providing him every advantage they could, got knocked down multiple times and couldn't continue.

I didnt come out with the whole "my dad is tougher than your dad" angle. you must be confused. YOU started the thread.

If you'd like to discuss the fight you posted, then ill admit, YES, Kimbo lost. Yes, there were some shady rules. But its OLD. Why bring it up? Seriously tho, think about it LONG and HARD. If youre NOT just trying to be a hater, then Why bring it up?
Now anyone who doesnt like Kimbo is a "hater". The fight is old but Kimbo is here now. If he wants to make a thread why not? Let the mods take it down. Stop hanging on Kimbos sack and making stupid points.

Not only cranking a guillotine, but he also kneed and elbowed Kimbo...

Let's say Kimbo went for a single leg takedown attempt, remember only an attempt, since he didn't get the takedown, is it fair that Gannon choked, kneed and elbowed Kimbo for an attempt?

The funny thing is, do Gannon want to give Kimbo a rematch? If not, why?

I really can care less who won or lost, because its redundant.Kimbo now is a MMA fighter. So many supposed tough guys enter a real training regiment(a.k.a. Militech FS in Iowa)and in less than 3 days ..leave.They cant take the excessive and demanding training regiment.Kimbo has..i HAVE to garner him respect in that issue. He could have made small time dough for beating up these "street toughs"for as long as he could hack it.He CHOSE to go the HARDER route...MMA.He choose this KNOWING he had to put in a good amount of time in hard training...That is respectable, and you must admit that much.

Rergardless of what he looked like after the fight, Gannon won. He took everything Kimbo could throw at him and still stood. Kimbo, on the other hand, was highly blown up. Either way, the "Fight" sucked. I love that fat dude in the pimp suit though. What a bozo. Kimbo's got too may sycophants. He's like the MC Hammer of MMA.

Kimbo also did some GNP on Gannon WITHOUT Gannons crew breaking it up. Kimbo and his crew cheated and Kimbo still lost. Kimbo is with Bas now and is training MMA so this fight has no impact on his MMA career as far as I am concerned.

Why did gannon agree to fight kimbo when he was a trained mma fighter and kimbo was just a big guy who was pretty good at punching from the street? Seems to be pretty cowardly move. is kimbo really the bad guy?

Who Fucken cares about Kimbo any ways. When the guy fights someone that has some type of skill not just a another guy that will stand and brawl with him I could careless about the guy. To be honest I bet the guy couldn't beat half of the people that the UFC would put on its next season of TUF. Let him beat a guy that has any kind of ground game or even a guy that is in the top 20 HW in the world then he may be a good typic for Sherdog.
