Elbows suck balls.

They cut. They don't damage. Only Ricco has managed to KTFO someone in years with one.

Knees = elbows.

Standing elbows only. Cage rage style.

Elbows prove who has the thinnest skin. Unless you are fighting Ken Shamrock and then it K's you TFO. Standing elbows rock and knees are good anywhere.

Couldnt disagree more elbows hurt like hell and impair your vision and make you feel like shit for the rest of the round/fight.Your lucky if you never fought someone with good elbows cause you would change you mind fast.And if you did face one and still think elbows are shit then you my friend are much tougher than me.

They encourage lay and pray.

They encourage going for the cut.

They rarely cause TKOs or lead to TKOs.

They encourage staying in the guard.

Everything about American MMA that isn't cool is somewhat related to the elbows.

Knees on the ground encourage passing the guard.

They routinely knock out or lead to knock outs.

They make sevearl positions much more valid and discourage shooting in for useless take downs.

They make the fight more exciting.

Knees > elbows.
