So instead of being part of the deepest Lightweight talent pool in the sport, I begged Dana to let me out of my contract. Thankfully, seeing that I was 2-3 in my last 5 fights, he decided that he didn't need another mediocre talent, and let me out. I am glad I don't have to worry about steroid testing now."
FAIL....

Unfortunately, no, the doctor gave me 500 mg tabs of Hydrocodone.

EDIT: And he's not greased up, he's painted, silly.

You'd be dead if you took one of those. Having played D-1 football, as far as I know Hydrocodone only comes in 5's and 10mg's.

Anyway, I'm sure Wand was referring to your psych. meds.

Good for Hansen.

For those that don't know, Hansen had a contract with Pride with 2 fights left on it and when the UFC bought Pride instead of honoring his contract with them, they offered him half of his normal contract.

I look forward to his next fight!

He probably means 5/500

5mg Hydro
500 mg Tylenol

What school did you play for?

Weird. I'm pretty sure Gomi had a fight contract too, but he's nowhere to be seen. Same thing with Lil Nog. So most likely they bought the company and tried to negotiate new contracts with fighters they wanted. Joachim and Zuffa had different ideas of his worth and couldn't reach an agreement. It happens all the time. He's made it a public dispute with big, epic sayings to raise his profile in the MMA community and hopefully larger. A smart PR move, but avenging martyr he's not.
