In january of 2k9 I will come to the USA , and stay there for 6 monthes in the NY/NJ region so I was wondering if the people from the East Coast here could tell me what are the good martial arts / MMA academies in the NY/NJ region so I can go in some of them when I'm here and train there ...

if ur close to Princeton NJ, got to Princeton academy Muay Thai, they have everything, they even have grappling on Wednesdays.
