A long time ago I used to do NFL picks for someone and they would always try to convince me what a great deal this 3 bet parlay was. I tried to explain it to him but he kept telling me --- 'but they pay 5:1'. I'm like dude, you're picking 3 teams who's odds, when MULTIPLIED equal 8:1 --- that's like getting taken for 37% of your money. Didn't matter --- he still wanted to do it.

People who make blanket statements about any one time of bet are stupid. I made money on a Penn/Machida parlay over the weekend. Penn was -250 and Machida was -200. Just because your friend is a fucking idiot and makes the wrong choices doesn't mean everyone else does. There are numerous times where a parlay is smarter than a straight bet especially in MMA where odds are usually heavy on the favorite. If you want to make serious money and don't want to just get lucky betting on a dog you need to parlay sometimes in MMA. This is an example betting 1800 on Machida/Penn made you 2000 but betting 900 on each separately wouldn't have even have made you 1000 which wouldn't even be worth the risk.

Well ive been doing tons of research the past few days and this is what i concluded jersey, if you want to put someone in a parlay with kimbo i definantly would recommend brett rogers. He seems by far the best bet, Lawler IMO has a way better chance of getting upset in just the way the 2 fight, it takes a lot to get smith down and i could see an early KO for Smith. Id definantly take Kimbo and Rogers. I believe that bet you get 90 for each 100 but im not sure and adding in Faber might help but i dont know much about Pulver other than hes fought way tougher opponents that Faber. Good luck, im parlaying only brett rogers and kimbo slice and im doing a single bet on Villasenor, i dont think its worth putting that into a parlay, too risk IMO.

I completely agree with the Rogers/Kimbo Parlay. In fact I have that as my largest bet. But I also parlayed Lawler/Slice, and Lawler/Rogers. I just think Lawler is going to be too much for Smith. And Lawlers defense has become much tighter as of late. I also have single bets on Young and Joey V.
By the way, did anyone else cleane up on Penn last week...EASY MONEY.

Sat 5/31 157 Thompson/Slice goes 1:00 round 1 -125
10:00PM (EST) 158 Fight won't go 1:00 round 1 -105
Sat 5/31 303 Villasenor/Baroni goes distance +157
9:00PM (EST) 304 Fight won't go distance -200
I have a feeling Baroni fight cant go to the distance , either he will gas and Joe finishes him or Baroni catches him for a quick KO .

Don't bet on this , the odds aren't good enough to kill it.
