Im in no rush.

Ive been in positions where i have been out front with people shooting arrows in my back . With MMA , Im the guy in the tailwind. No rush on my part.

I like my odds. Again. Nothing is a given. But i like being the underdog.

This is the way I see MMA. The best hasnt even begun to surface. Kids are just now growing up as MMA athletes as opposed to having excelled at one given discipline and moved into MMA. Those kids will have a completely different expectation of what MMA is and how to enter the sport and compete

i've learned a thing or two from the NBA, good and very bad about how kids grow into a pro sport. it will be interesting to see if it pays dividends

I'm a guy on a internet messageboard discussing the differences between the present and the future and the issues surrounding HDtv and MMA, you seem to be reading stuff into my post.

I also heard that Cuban might get rid of Mezger and replace him with Matt Lindland and just air Lindland's show.

That's all i know. If anybody out knows more or the real reasons please let me know. I thought HD Net Fights was doing good and this is a big shocker to me.

I thought it was false info, but I went on HD net fights' website and they haved
removed the show they had scheduled in Feb.
Actually, I heard that the UFC is so afraid of paying their fighters, that they have decided to pack it in while they are on top, knowing that they can't compete with the business model that M-1 and HDnet have embraced.

I heard that the Fertitas want Dana out of the picture, and are just closing it to go into partnership with Cuban.

I heard that Dana took a job as Randy Couture's butler.

Glad we don't need sources on this thread, cuz it would just be more typing that I don't want to do.

every viewer helps. If you make the move, let me know how it goes and what you think.

One thing I do know for sure, is that no matter how many people buy HDTVs and get HDNet, if we dont keep em happy, they will go elsewhere

I'm actually still waiting for the replay. Cox in my area just added HDNet. I called on NYE and got it turned on, just in time to see Fedor get his arm raised.

Replay anytime soon?

The man who has paid over a million dollars in fines for talking bad about the NBA League and officials, and offered to match whatever he was fined with a charity donation? I am with you, I don't buy it either.

Its more funny how some doubt the business acumen of Cuban..you can argue elements of luck for not being destroyed in the first .com bubble, but consistently expanding your wealth negates the element of luck being the primary force.

Long sentence..I need to work on this

I need hdnet, I think its great to see good promotions basically for free.

Keep at it, and its fun having a billionaire post on web forums.

I just can't resist

As far as Directtv/HDnet goes, there is a chance work will be moving me to Houston soon, if I don't I'll be looking into switching. Comcast really does stink but everyone I know with a dish(including my mother) says they are a real pain. It sucks that Comcast isn't carrying HDnet right now.

To the contrary, financing a troop hating movie with that fucking piece of shit depalma means that I hope this fails and fails in massive fashion. Sorry Mark, you crossed a line that should not have been crossed and you will never get a dollar of my money, ever.

I just hope that all the military families out there know what you've done so they can also thank you for all you've done for them.
