which show is gayer, The contender, (not much into soap oprahs) or Final Fu (wtf). They make mma look pretty damn corny. Thoughts?

Keep in mind that neither of these are pretending to be MMA. I read an article in Black Belt about Final Fu before it aired and the purpose is to develop a martial arts action star and not an MMA fighter. So they are looking for fighters w/ flashy moves for the cameras, not the most effective in the ring.

What the hell is a soap oprah??? I never want to see the words soap and Oprah in the same sentence ever again. That woman = death.

i dont mind contender actually,not as good as TUF obv but its still worth watching.if they didnt have the bad camera work it would actually be a good show.

Havnt really caught this years Contender (Sans-Stallone), but last year's season was great especially with Sylvester Stallones unintended comedy.

i dont know what is the deal.. The Contender is a good show with real legit fights that even afftects the boxer's record.. and it's all a pure format of boxers trying to make it or get another shot...just like *ahem* TUF 4's theme is for this next coming season....

but as for Final Fu .... i cant stand seeing that ...it's so annoying seeing how they hype eachother up about saying "what wars" or "battles these guys are going through" or whatever when it most looks like a slapping competition towards eachothers belly or just wild crazy kicks that most can be pretty practical...but either way i'd see a lot of those guys getting their asses kicked..

didnt even Bruce Lee say somethin about having a guy who has trained a year in wrestling and boxing would take out one who has been a black belt for 5 years or so?
