I thought this topic was as dead as JCVD's career but I guess not.

Dux is clearly a great story teller and he came up with a good enough story to have to made into a movie.

All I can say is, does it really even matter now? Bloodsprt is a good movie. It's cheesy but we all watched it back in the day. Thats all I care about. It's not like this guy is still out there trying to get people to remember him. The only reason any of us are even talking about him is because somebody had a lot of time on there hand and looked him up. It's not like he is calling guys out to fight him.
