Hes saying exactly what he has to in order to continue his career.

The CASC will never report any thing official because by law they CANNOT.

I predict he will NEVER fight in a sanctioned bout in the US that will require him to take pre fight screenings.

Hes hoping to get along fighting in orgs that dont require prefight screenings just as he has until recently. Hopefully no org will allow him to fight without making sure he is not a health risk to his opponent.

It would be funny if he's on the second Affliction card scheduled for October.

The thing is, this would hold true if he tested positive for HIV, AIDS, or Hep C. If the rumors were true, Hep B. is treatable and he can certainly be cleared to fight again. If he is medically cleared it wouldn't make sense for promotions to not clear him; I'm not sure that this wouldn't become a legal issue.

And wtf, have any one of you retards that are implying Aleks was lazy on applying for a Visa actually applied for one before? Its not like you apply for one and get it that same day, then mix in prior convictions and I know in some cases your looking at at least a 6 month delay...if they even grant you one at all.
