True. The quality is consistently improving, with more organizations/shows signing up. Inside MMA is also a cool show, that does not discriminate against non-HDNet shows. UFC would probably name their show, Inside UFC and go with that.

HDNet on non-HDTV
The Scientific Atlanta 8300HD box down-converts the HD signal for output through s-video for a standard definition tv. If your cable provider offers this box, you can watch HDNet without an HDTV. This is the output I connect to my dvd recorder so I know it works.

I hope they mention something about all this on Inside MMA tonight.

....... if your cable/satellite provider carries it. I have Comcast and they don't carry it.
